The Archival Photographic Files website will contain over 60,000 images documenting the people, architecture, and important events at the University of Chicago.
I did the front-end and back-end development on this project. The site uses a native XML database and is coded in XQuery. Because the site targets a broad audience, I also did some search engine optimization for this project.
